Use a Prospect Follow-Up Log to keep track of prospective future member of your team. Keep track of conversations you have with each person by taking great notes. If a follow-up conversation is needed, write the date you promised to call in the right column and be sure to call back on that date! The Log can be kept in a 3-ring binder separated by Monthly tabs.
