Use this sheet to take notes about your prospective team members. Ask about Family, Occupation, the forms of Recreation they enjoy, and their Motivation for joining your business. The more information you have about your prospect, the better inFORMed you will be on how you can help her achieve her goals. Use this form to keep track of your conversations and refer to it each time you talk with her. Nothing makes someone feel more special than when you remember details she has shared with you.
