  1. Welcome to our private Eagle School blog! We are going to spend three months together and we will get to know each other VERY WELL! This blog is the place to post your observations, realizations, comments and questions. It is only for our group of Eagles, so be honest! I promise to “give it to you straight” and I want you to do the same with me! Hugs, Lyn

  3. Thanks for a wonderful call. I wanted to give a big shout out to Bridget – your paragraph about Leadership was very moving and touching. 🙂 And I agree with Lori, I too will be working on using the daily planner!

  5. Happy Friday! I am spending time with the article Get Out of Your Own Way. This didn’t just speak to me, but SCREAMED at me! I believe I am the only person in my way in life and business! I have been able to get out of my way in life, and I’m starting to slowly recognize how I’m in my way in my business! Awareness is the first step so thank you for this, Lyn – timing is impeccable! Have a blessed day all! Stacey

  6. Just finished reading the being real article. Certainly a lot to think about. Will let it process for a few days. Will share when I can get my thoughts down in words. Happy Easter everyone!

  7. Hi Eagles! I’m back from vacation and looking forward to class. There sure hasn’t been a lot of activity on this blog! I hope you have all been involved in the process of looking for “Eaglets” in your organizations. Please post your comments here!

  8. Great call today! I am looking forward to the follow email and the documents that will be attached! I LOVED this quote from today, “Hope is not a strategy.”

  9. I’ve been diligent in using the Daily Planner and I am definitely getting more of my important tasks done earlier in the day. Now trying to incorporate planning out each day the *night before*. This is a fantastic, yet simple, tool!

    1. I’m so glad you’re using the Daily Planner, Sarah! It’s been my daily organization tool for more than 30 years. I’ve tried several times to move to electronic on this and failed every time. There is something (for me) about writing…and crossing off…that connects in my brain the way typing just doesn’t. That said, everyone needs to do what works best for them.

  10. Playing catch up with Eagle School! Was out of town checking off a dream item – taking my team to our company’s retreat center and hosting them for several nights! So exciting! I am back and I’ve decided to take on coaching calls again, but this time utilizing the guidelines in Week 4. I am confident I won’t be a slave to my phone this time around with such great guidelines in place! Already have 7 times slots filled after sending out an hour ago! Looking forward!
