Many people have come to believe leadership is about “having the answers” and telling someone how to be successful. In reality, leading is more about asking than telling. Caring questions ignite passion and commitment far more than answers ever could! The result is a product of what you ask and how you ask it. The right words are less important than the right attitude. When you ask, you don’t have an agenda about the answer. You are not looking for the answer you want to hear. Your purpose is to learn. There is not a “right” answer; there is only the “real” answer.

These are the details you need to know before you enroll: * If you want to become a world-class coach, this three-week series is for you. * Each call is an hour long. * You can experience the benefits of Tele-course training from your home, car or office. * After you register, you will receive a confidential telephone number and PIN number to join the weekly calls. * Class size is limited so that you will to be able to participate and ask questions. Once all the slots are filled for this time slot, we will put you on a waiting list for the next series. * Because we know "life happens," we will record each call to a replay line so you can listen during the week if you have to miss the weekly "live" call.
